Daiwa’s signature HYPER DRIVE DESIGN also incorporates four elements that create a rigid housing, as well as, a supported Digigear and Tough Clutch system, which reduces the tolerances between moving parts to produce unrivaled smoothness.
On the outside, the Daiwa Tatula 80 Casting Reel features a 20-position magnetic braking system on the palm side plate that makes it extremely easy to make quick on-the-fly adjustments for different sized lures or wind conditions. A 90mm swept handle also provides additional cranking power so anglers can leverage fish out of heavy cover with ease.
